DESCRIPTION:Le LAPP et le LAPTh reçoivent à Annecy la section 29 du CNU pour la session de printemps 2025.\n \nLogements: Nous recommandons les logements situés à proximité de la ligne de bus n°1\, tels que l’hôtel de Bonlieu ou le Moxy Annecy (ex-Best Western International). A proximité immédiate du LAPP et LAPTh se trouve également\, à moindre prix\, le centre Jean XXIII.\n \nTransports: On peut rejoindre Annecy par le train ou le bus (e.g. Flixbus). Les gares ferroviaire et routière sont au même endroit.\nDepuis la gare\, le LAPP et LAPTh sont aisément accessibles en bus\, par exemple grâce à la ligne n°1 jusqu’à l’arrêt « Campus »: voir ces instructions. Le trajet dure 20 mins et les tickets peuvent être achetés au chauffeur en liquide. SUMMARY:Loops in the EFT/PT of Structure Formation
DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Zvonomir Vlah (Ruđer Bošković Institute and University of Cambridge)\n I will discuss recent developments in cosmological perturbation theory and the effective field theory (EFT) of large-scale structure. Current galaxy surveys like DESI and Euclid provide some of the cleanest probes of the universe on large cosmological scales. While the one-loop power spectrum (the two-point correlator) remains the standardised and widely adopted theoretical tool\, fully exploiting the potential of these new datasets requires extending our theoretical framework to higher loops and N-point correlators. I will outline the theoretical and computational challenges involved in going beyond the one-loop level and present recent results in the context of DESI and forthcoming Euclid data.\n \n \nhttps://indico.in2p3.fr/event/36159/
